🚨While we spend time theorizing on how to fix this we can simultaneously focus on building at the deepest affordability while investing a ton of $ in rental subsidies & prevention. We need to get more money into the hands of families who need it the most.

2-3x as many people are becoming homeless in Silicon Valley - compared to every person ending their homelessness - month over month. The decades long failure to build deeply affordable housing across our state are shattering our communities.

We see many families on the verge of homelessness, even those living in “affordable” units. Creating more ELI income units in the region is a fundamental solution to this growing crisis of instability.
