Strength: Positive Positive Emotions however are ironically, and contrary to many people's definitions, very unstable. So negative emotions in practice tend to push more weight.

Could you explain with more detail what you meant with positive emotions being unstable? Did you mean, more unstable than negative ones? And why? Honestly don't know would like to read any input^^

Defined as "hard to maintain" Fleeting. Being content is to be happy. Meditation brings peace but requires hard work on a consistent basis and in returns bring contentment. How many people you know (me tbh) say they should meditate and don't? It requires a lot of time...

Agree that those seem harder to maintain. It's just that the general idea is that they're both halves of the same coin and complement each other so they 'should' be equivalent in theory right? but feel there's a tendency for negative emotions to manifest in humans

Negativity is on a lower frequency and easier to connect with I think. negative emotions are behind a lot of progress as far as technology, innovation. when mixed with positivism the drive of the negative and the wisdom of the positive lead to brilliance. i.e. Bitcoin
