They all tend to hang out together so it's an easy mistake to make, but they often separate at critical moments, and many disagreements tend to arise from one person meaning one of these things and another person interpreting it as a different one

You have an obligation to keep a promise but it may not be the moral thing to do and there's nothing *stopping* you from breaking it
