With consequences (jail), .003% of the US population will rob a bank at least once in their lives. What do you think this % would be, if there were no consequences? I mean, if anyone could stroll into a B of A branch and walk out with $20,000. Throw out a number.

Hi, i was wondering if you could share your sources? Do they contain any stats on white collar crimes (fraud, misappropriation, pensioner theft by caretakers, etc?
