I finally got through after 14 tries and was on hold for 4 hours at which point the call disconnected. I already gave you my name, number and email. No one has called me back. Rent in April simply wont be paid. That's that.

Sorry for the trouble. Have they been trying the website from a computer (not a phone), using Internet Explorer, and during off-hours (late at night, overnight, early AM)? Those will all help.

This is likely due to the failure of an outside vendor to update the application to remove the job search questions. Claims that were otherwise complete will be processed.
