You're a better person than me. I'm much bigger than you and would love to do Couch to 5k but I'm far too embarrassed to even try. The dog would love me to do it ad she's full of energy but instead I just walk. You are amazing

I just started walking and then running lamp post to lamp post. each time I achieved my goal i felt stronger. just break your journey into tiny bits and above all have fun doing it.

Keep going, you’re doing amazingly well. I ran through a park last year and was greeted by “look at that fat guy trying to run”. On Sunday, I ran the London Marathon. Using negativity as motivation is the perfect response

doing a marathon is a distant dream for me. 10k is fun whilst still being a challenge for me. I think you should spend time doing what makes you happy
