Yes. Quite a few near the southern end of the San Andreas. Some in between and now some up north. Many believe small quakes are a good way - relieves some of the pressure before it goes bazoomi. Others say the “Big One” is hundreds of years overdue. Idk. Stay tuned to Twitter...

Footage? Of a 4.5? That’s nothing. It’s still on the small side. I sincerely doubt there’s any footage of it. You might see footage from a quake over 5.something but rarely a 4.
