    FEMA discrimination? The rate of approval for households on Tribal land was much lower for storm damage than for the rest of SD. On the Pine Ridge Reservation 26% of who applied got approved. In Minnehaha County, home to the city of Sioux Falls, 76% did.

    and yet in still, Law enforcement officers all over, ICE, and CBP seem to be executing unconstitutional laws put on the books since 1776. Cough: chattel slavery, Jim Crow, Chinese Exclusion, ALL THE Indian Treaties, Stop & Frisk It's like they know no history...like at all.
