Time and time again, there's like 5 people who qualify for the 15th spot. Zeki had a tighter record amoung unranked losses and still had a good breadth of wins on PR members.

Marune had more PR wins than J10 and Zeki but a lot of loses so they probably considered loses into the thought process.
