Yeah... so remind us why yall have been sitting on the funds since 2012 for Banneker modernizations? Also we're still good with the millions of $$$ in cuts to schools east of the river? Just want to make sure you're going to continue to defend those decisions too.

Please: Many schools have had their modernizations delayed. I have testified for years about this, met with DME staff as well. At NO point in my experience has anyone from the DME's office ever said to me, "hey, we hear you, we will help." Never. But I have heard . . .

This is truly disheartening to read. The students are suffering as are the staff and administrators in this facility. Banneker is on my daughters list of schools she wishes to be considered for in SY20. When will the children truly be first?
