I do love my colleagues; they’re the best. Whether or not they agree with my views and stances, they appreciate that I will always will advocate for them.
When I advocate for the #WorkingClass, they’re always in my heart.

I think that 49% of the profits by publicly traded companies should be distributed to their workers proportional to the number of workers, job tier, and length of employment on top of their base pay. The more successful the company, the more successful their workers are.

now how do we make that happen? in reality?

In summary, it requires dispelling the notion that the wealthy owners deserve all the profits. They deserve a sizable share, but not all of it. It’d require me to get elected, and others elected who recognize the same problem and working with them on it. It’ll be difficult.
