I am of the opinion that we need to elect more people with educational, medical, scientific and engineering backgrounds; people who know what the practical impact of policy is.
Real people representing us. Talk about #Radical? Rad for sure.

I have seen some really interesting videos on large scale hydroponics farms, and it’s amazingly cool. It’s a lot of infrastructure to do that, and could be argued that traditional or rockwool/clay farming is more cost effective. Munchies? Get the noms!

You know I would support that
I always think ppl that have worked in the field have extremely valuable insight which would help us with those policies. Some policies sound great on paper and are coming from people with good intentions in some cases BUT if you haven’t worked in -
the field we sometimes miss those unintended consequences of these policies - sometimes we don’t realize these policies will impact the poor more or our minority communities for example. We can end up harming the ppl we are actually trying to help in some cases eeek so good point
