Of course. That's my point. I don't think he's intelligent by any means, but I also don't think he's below average. People constantly call him a tyrant while describing these masterful plans of tyranny while at the same time calling him a child. It's absurdly disingenuous.

100% with you. In my eyes, we have to be as accurate as we can be, especially with him. Like any other opponent, the quickest way to lose is to underestimate or misrepresent the competition.
