It goes without saying that this puts the people in my district in danger, especially those who are elderly and immunocompromised.
As a public figure within the district, it's been suggested to me that the hands off approach is because they only care about taking care of @IUBloomington. If, and only if, that is the case, I would like to point out the optics that this puts on both the city and university.
