Isn’t that exactly what the quote is saying?

I like big and bold. If I speak up first, loud and proud, it makes it easier for people to speak who wouldn’t speak up on their own. I don’t mind taking the heat for saying what’s on my mind, especially if it encourages others to speak their minds with less apprehension. <3

That’s a very long-winded way to come out as a loudmouth
