I am proud of @dcpublicschools for being transparent that they had 33% w/out background checks and working to rectify that. GOOD JOB! ALL public schools/LEAs should do the same. We also need answers: what about the 2%? Are they working? Where? Or on leave? --->

@dcpublicschools offering schools for that? Is there going to be full oversight/enforcement on all aspects of safety w/providers?Show this thread -
Thx to
@dcpublicschools for creating a system to notify staff of renewals with 60-day notice. APPLAUSE! However, we need to know: WHEN is system going to be in place (renewals expire daily for any indiv)? Who is tracking in meantime? Will you make sure no one falls thru cracks?->Show this thread -
On all of these good steps, how will you be transparent in sharing with us the data or proof that these things are happening? We have to move to transparency to build trust. How will we know that the curriculum is implemented with fidelity in all schools for ex?
