We’re stronger working together for nature.💚
But there are often important voices missing from the conversation due to the lack of ethnic diversity in our sector.
We’re working to change that through joint action with & dozens of others in the next five years (1/3)

1/2 A snapshot of my poetry for wellbeing session in the woods with @DLBirder @WKWT. I taught Haiku's after Dan's nature walk for inspiration. A little robin came and sat in the middle of us as we shared some exercises that are good for the mind by focusing on the present.

Had THE best day with today on a ‘Kenilworth Mindfulness Taster’ session. I felt so peaceful listening to birdsong, creating a sound map, taking photos and exploring Kenilworth Common. I learnt loads. I met some lovely people. I feel great.

Today is the last day of our NLHF funded work, which started way back in early 2017! It's been an amazing 5+ years. We restored hedges, ponds and grasslands, planted new woods and reintroduced dormice and straight-tusked elephants (well, sculptures of them)

Here's the moment the first chick made an appearance, with Mrs P helping it out of the shell. If you look closely it seems two other eggs have also pipped!! @WKWT @RLSTownCouncil @BelvoirLeamSpa @Warwick_DC
