The channels are all grey on guide, can't record, can't watch anything. This has literally never been an issue before

It’s only select movies or shows. So sad, I’ve had directv for almost 20 years and I’ve never seen this before

So what time does this start? 11/25 started at midnight, it's now almost 8 am and still no channels?

False advertising all channels are grey and when I pick a channel the screen says i can order it through my remote, the same thing happened when you said the outdoor channels had a free preview time to find a new TV provider.

I’m getting different things on different receivers. On one, I can see the channels on the Guide, but they are grayed out. You can watch the channel, but not record. On another, can’t see channels on Guide, but can watch by entering channel #. Frustrating - please fix.
