For instance, a story came out a few months ago about Domino's Pizza filling in potholes in neighborhoods. According to the story, they did it mostly to help out their delivery drivers, but obviously the neighborhoods received a benefit as well. (4/6)

The point I'm trying to make is that there are better things that can be done, something of a more substantive nature to benefit the people of the district rather than litter the neighborhoods with expensive campaign signs (and believe me, those signs are not cheap). (5/6)

Of course, I say this as a candidate executing a truly grassroots campaign, who is not spending stacks of money in an attempt to plaster my name all over the neighborhoods of the district. Is that cynical? Probably, but I've been called a lot worse. (6/6)
