Why isnt there a ‘Presidental Debate Law’? Why are we begging for inclusion? Why is a private org (owned/run by SOME competitors) the sole debates for a PUBLIC job? Why aren’t 3rd parties pushing for this to be law? Let’s hear from incoming @LPNational @GreenPartyUS #LetHerSpeak

That’s back to my original point; election law must have fair debate/ballot access in the statutes. No more games, this is the SOLE third party issue until resolved.
The problem here is that "debates" are not covered under election law because debates are not a requirement for elections (even though some people think that they should be). If they were a requirement, I could see - and even support - your point. Fair and equal access.

Well that is my point...making it law needs to happen for both fair ballot requirements and official debates. Private entities should not be the sole debates for a public job. It’s is the sole issue we have to advancement.
