Why isnt there a ‘Presidental Debate Law’? Why are we begging for inclusion? Why is a private org (owned/run by SOME competitors) the sole debates for a PUBLIC job? Why aren’t 3rd parties pushing for this to be law? Let’s hear from incoming @LPNational @GreenPartyUS #LetHerSpeak

Oh I’m well aware. Question is why aren’t we pushing for the equivalent now??
I imagine that some orgs are, but in order for it to work, that org would need to have enough influence to have at least one of the "ho hum duo" agree to appear, thus forcing his opposite to also appear. Know any orgs fitting that profile? If so, put it out there.

That’s back to my original point; election law must have fair debate/ballot access in the statutes. No more games, this is the SOLE third party issue until resolved.

The problem here is that "debates" are not covered under election law because debates are not a requirement for elections (even though some people think that they should be). If they were a requirement, I could see - and even support - your point. Fair and equal access.
