Why isnt there a ‘Presidental Debate Law’? Why are we begging for inclusion? Why is a private org (owned/run by SOME competitors) the sole debates for a PUBLIC job? Why aren’t 3rd parties pushing for this to be law? Let’s hear from incoming @LPNational @GreenPartyUS #LetHerSpeak
There WAS a private group - the League of Women Voters - who sponsored the debates until the mid 1980s. By then, the Old Party candidates had become so infantile with their demands that the LWV quit and the CPD was created.

I imagine that some orgs are, but in order for it to work, that org would need to have enough influence to have at least one of the "ho hum duo" agree to appear, thus forcing his opposite to also appear. Know any orgs fitting that profile? If so, put it out there.
