Let's start here: I think that the
@LPNational should be dissolved ASAP and instead all libertarians should run for local office as R or D amd win and change laws. Agree or disagree?
Disagree. While @LPNational may not have the support or funding that the R or D parties have, they do support the majority of issues that divide the ideologies of the Rs and Ds. The advantage that Ls have is that we can take from either side and find a compromise that works.

The point being that the base ideology of either the R or D party runs contrary to many of the baser ideologies of the Ls. In general terms, Rs are conservative, Ds are liberal, but Ls are centrist that dance in between those two (increasingly distant) extremes.
