Why aren't more minorities Libertarian?

From what I notice many minorities are Libertarian adjacent the only problem is that a lot of us barely hear about Libertarians and consider the DNC the default choice, which is what I did for many years. Libertarians really need to work on outreach to get more minorities.
If you have a suggestion on how to make that happen (better outreach), I will be more than happy to hear it, and promote it.

Off top of my head , high schools , colleges , start a group on http://meetup.com , rent space at the library or any venue , give speeches ..lots of ways
