My read of this article is that Kasparov advocates a pro-democracy stand, not one of a specific party. His advice can apply to anyone who sits in the Oval Office, regardless of party, but seems to work well for Libertarian views (yes, I'm biased). #TimeForAChange #VoteGold (2/2)
