(2/3) I was telling someone earlier, most voters choose the down-ballot candidates they will vote for by who is at the "top of the ticket". If you think that getting good people into Congress is a first step, then having a strong POTUS candidate is a necessary precursor to that.
(1/3) Reuters is reporting that "Texas is among the states targeted by a $280 million fall advertising blitz unveiled last week" by the DNC. This blitz will be full of Joe Biden ads, but it's the down-ballot candidates who will receive the most benefit even if they are not named.

(3/3) I have previously posted about the sheer volume of money being funneled into this district by the Old Parties who are competing for this open seat, and that it should show up on weather radar as a tornado. This is simply another example of that assertion.
