    Because of this agent’s training, and selfless actions, four females were rescued from a submerged vehicle. Thank you for jumping into quick action when it mattered most.

    12/14: Off duty agent rescued family of 4 after their vehicle plunged into a canal & was submerged near the Mall. The agent entered the water retrieving a 3 month old baby, 13 & 15 y.o., & the adult driver, all females: all ok.
