@TeamYouTube the demonetization of positive and family friendly content HAS. TO. STOP. We creators are suffering for it. U “review” our content, find nothing wrong and turn the ads back on, and we lose thousands of views worth of Adsense. PAY US BACK AND FIX IT. You owe us.

1/2 While I absolutely sympathise and have experienced a little demonetisation myself - YouTube aren't legally obligated to pay us anything. We aren't employees, we aren't even contractors. Youtube operated for a long time without paying almost anyone at all.

2/2 Unfortunately all we can really do is try to work within the guidelines they lay down and contest it, if they decide we are actually outside or those parameters.
