    Good. Buffalo voters spoke loud and clear when they made their Democratic nominee back in June — Byron Brown shouldn’t get a do over just because he chose not to campaign the first time around. Today’s decision brings India one step closer to victory in Nov!

    The decision has been overturned! Today, we are VERY glad to see the Fourth Department has upheld the rule of law & said Byron Brown’s name should NOT be on the ballot. Buffalo voters deserve clear, transparent election laws, & politicians who abide by them, even when they lose.
