    Huge congratulations to our BTEC Hospitality students and staff for yesterday's lunch event. The immaculate planning clearly paid off - the food and ambience were outstanding! Well done to all involved. What a great vocational experience for our students!

    Year 10’s own version of Portuguese style custard tarts with a homemade shortcrust and cinnamon pastry. Not quite 30mins ours took 50mins but equally delicious!!
