And isn't that why Sen. Warner and FBI Dir. Comey decided to deep-six any such agreements? This was their idea, their indictment. Hidden for quite a while (sealed) and then activated at the end of the Mueller investigation. Why won't Assange simply tell who the DNC source was?

Of course, if he did, it could show that this prosecution was a political setup in US, trying to prevent such disclosures. Would mean 'prosecution under the colour of law', a serious civil rights violation, that should nix this case. But Assange isn't a US citizen, so not sure.

I am sure Russia either hacked the DNC and sent Assange the info or had Assange do it and getting paid with many rubles either way.
