    We really have become quite horrible. I say ‘become’. I expect like racism, rampant misogyny and sexism has always been there but I was as fortunate as I was neglectful and I just didn’t see it.

    Hearing a lot of reactions like this. It is based on the assumption that the EU is itself a beacon of free trade. Reality is the Customs Union has very high tariff walls and the regulation is rapidly becoming less not more competitive.

    This is totally unreasonable of the EU. Demanding concessions in a UK version of a Canada deal that they did not demand of Canada. I wrote yesterday what was asked of Canada. (The first screenshot is from the Sunday Times piece, the second from below)
