This is daft. Tomatoes, peppers and aubergines should use 'Fruit' doors because they are fruit. Saying a tomato isn't a fruit is factually wrong but surely that is not a crime? What if a carrot wanted to use the 'fruit' door? Would it be a crime to say a carrot is not fruit?

Perhaps campaigning for spaces for the savoury fruit and sweet vegetables would be more productive and protect the rights of all fruit and veg?

@WeAreFairCop Please try and at least get the scientific facts correct. Tomatoes fall into the category of Fruits/Fleshy/Berry and there is no dispute over the science behind this. ABSOLUTELY NONE. That’s the problem when you ignore the realities of science.pic.twitter.com/tP5TDTOkuz
