But why did he keep jumping on the car though?

He knew that it would be assault. This woman is out of her mind, but you can see him kind of faking injury as he jumps on the car. He wanted to be sure she would be charged for assault.
-
If you don't jump, you risk going under.
-
He was doing the same thing before she was even in the car. She definitely assaulted him, but he was definitely playing up his reactions for the camera.

I don't think that he was "faking," but he knew the risk when he chose to try and block her a second, etc time, and he was "playing up" to the camera/audience. She's definitely guilty of assault, etc., but he was risking his life when he stood in front of her after she hit him.

So you wouldn't stop?

What's the background on this? Why is everyone stopped in the middle of the street? Why is she attacking a bus? Who is the man in front of the car, & why is he in front of the car, & why did he he jump on the car at the end? Is he the bus driver? This is crazy!
-
I think it's the bus driver who is in front of her car. Why everything else? One can only guess, but my hunch is it's some kind of Tinder date gone wrong.
