i don't disagree. we have explained that to "others" so we can get/share an update. so far it hasn't worked.
i'm not going to get into specifics. if i was able to have an open dialog and explain what's up i would have long ago

I have heard a crap ton of devs saying that the 2 consoles are nearly identical so i dont see the problem

If anything it should be easier on ps4 due to it being the stronger system
