I acknowledge that you have probably done more (not an ANC supporter) but these seem to be more municipal functions and my question is what are you doing to uplift the community? Economic strategy etc. Respect your work, but I expect higher level.

When we get excited about basic municipal functions, we have a problem. Again, better than the ruling party but does that make it good?
