For Africa to succeed in meeting the development needs of its people, it is essential that it generates far greater levels of foreign and domestic direct investment.

Let's develop domestic industries so allow the country not be fully dependent on foreign investment. We have to build our own.

Mr President, if we could have 80% local black owned investment and 20% foreign, so that the next black generation can own what is rightfully theirs. Foreign investors greatly as needed, will always have some exploitative conditions(indirectly)

It is so confusing that African leaders find it easy to travel around world to seek foreign investment whilst they find it painful and difficult to put very strong systems in place to prevent foreign investment ending in the hands of corrupt government leaders and their families

Yes agreed Mr President. But Africa also engender a greater fortitude for systematic industrialization and productivity. The prevailing drive for consumerism is unsustainable. I thank you.
