Average train speeds are slower now than they were in the 1950s, and delays on the MTA have tripled in the last 5 years. Every day, the subway gets more crowded and less reliable. As governor, I will immediately make the emergency rescue of our transit system a top priority.
Instead of investing in the subway, Cuomo is hiring 500 new state police officers at roughly $673 million over the next decade to crack down on poor turnstile jumpers.

It’s ironic that the woman who was unfairly labeled “unlikable” is now rating others’ “likability.”
#ILikeBernie because he changed what is possible in American politics & inspired me to run for Governor to fight for a NY for all, not just the wealthy few.
If people feel unsafe going to court, they will stop doing so for everything from paying traffic tickets to appearing for criminal matters to seeking orders of protection from abusive partners. ICE shouldn’t be allowed in New York state’s courts. Period.
