He probably should be, considering all the censorship controversy and the meetings with congress and others regarding it among our tech authoritarians. If he/she/it has that little control over what their employees do, why does he/she/it even have said position at all?

I wasn't the one who brought them up in the first place. My point stands - WHOEVER is in charge of managing those, isn't doing their job if they allow them through. I don't care what you call the job, at all.

And my point is there's no use mocking the guy running the Twitter account for not being in the loop about decisions out of their control. Besides, account strikes are usually automatic anyways, meaning there's nobody that made that decision to begin with.
