Once created, the insight will show up in the insights panel on the right.
Don’t worry if you have many of these. Hovering a highlighted piece of text will scroll straight to the corresponding insight 🙌.

It all starts with raw feedback.
Highlight relevant pieces of text and turn them into insights by clicking on “💡 Insight ” or using "⌘+1"
Link the insights to their related product initiatives (or create a new one), so you can close the loop later on 💪
