@TeamYouTube What are you doing to the Content ID system?
Videos containing copyrighted songs are getting blocking claims when previously they only got monetized on behalf of the copyright owner.
My last stream's video is blocked because I played my own copyrighted music

My rights manager did not change the Content ID policy for my music and yet it is getting videos blocked now. They're getting in touch with
#YouTube to see what's going on with Content ID, as many of their artists are experiencing the same issue.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likesShow this thread -
@TeamYouTube My music rights manager has informed that you implemented a new content management policy that blocks all full uploads of an album (start to finish, in its entirety).@cdbaby and a few other distributors are the first to have these content rules applied.1 reply 0 retweets 1 likeShow this thread -
@TeamYoutube They are working with@YouTube to understand the parameters of this new and permanent rule. At this point, releasing their claims from these videos will sometimes remove the blocks, but this could change as they are learning more about this new policy.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likesShow this thread
@TeamYoutube This explains why my livestream archive video was blocked when I played my own copyrighted music on it - the entire album was streamed and uploaded.
Hope this helps resolving other creator inquiries on this matter.
