Workshop & bedroom flooded today because neighbor unplugged building sump pump to charge their Tesla. Landlord didn't show up - went to Home Depot to get wet/dry vac & spill pads. Forgot wallet - HD takes no phone pay. Came back with wallet - no vacs left. 🥳🎉 #HappyNewYear2023
