I was using Chrome on both mobile and desktop. One was a site embed on Dailymotion the other was in Youtube. Two different devices. Both prevented me from skipping ads.

I demonstrated click fraud. I've isolated this is not a device or app issue. I even humored your "refresh cache" This is a core issue causing users not to be able to select not to view an ad. Could be another browser extension but have seen it in incognito.
