@TristanSevers To me, cases are distinct sets of symbols used in different orthographic contexts. We may be using different definitions.
@TristanSevers You mean they capitalize '1234' as 'I234' when it's at the beginning of a sentence? Or when it's a proper name?

@CurlOfGradient 1,234 vs. 4,32l is common, yes. Printing discards "lower-case" 1 because there's no additional effort to outputting it. -
