TV must not strive for immortality. A decline in quality is inevitable, and it is better to quit than to be cancelled. Necromancy only brings back a vile parody of the original, but that is not necromancy's fault; had the show survived, it would have grown this vile on its own.

The only escape from this fate is total ego death and reincarnation. Not a sequel, not a prequel, not a reboot; something entirely new. A spiritual successor. Only thus can the taint of staleness on the soul be completely cleansed.
