No. The privilege to understand one's own experience is a universal privilege: ie. no privilege at all. Its just that privileged people, because of their privilege, don't get this and feel entitled to make jokes about things they have no understanding of, and they CAN do so

You might be confused because you’re talking about “privilege” as something individuals have on a case by case basis. It’s more like society as a whole privileges, grants respect, legitimacy, and authority to, certain classes consistently across various socioeconomic dynamics.
