The 12th Amendment amended clause 3 of Article II sec 1 which includes the words. "The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed;..." electors appointrd by State legis

That means if neither candidate gets a majority of electors. That's not giving states the ability to change electors.

The law & the Constitution says, but these ppl don't respect those two things, so what happens besides losing your job in the case of a faithless voter? You said five electors did it against Hilary in 2016. What happened? Bc clearly, they gave a big fuck you to the Constitution.
