      In the current international relations framework, it is acceptable that accusations can be made without or outside the processes put in place for these relations. These processes exist to avoid conflict. Ignoring them is in itself a declaration of war. #TheresaMay #UK #Russia

      Don't blame African countries for accusing the #ICC of bias. If anything, the latest round of accusations against #Russia in the West is a contempt for international institutions and a proof that the West apply one standard to themselves and a different one to others.
