          This is an enormous concession from Russia, agreeing to a *30 day* ceasefire. If Syria is declared to "break the ceasefire"? Nato forces used a similar resolution to destroy Libya - US has already shown it is prepared to act in Syria without the law & using the flimsiest excuses
