What a moron. Legal dispute when special forces were flown from UK to seize a tanker "on suspicion" it was headed for a certain country, citing sanctions that the EU has since pointed out did not apply - something the other hypocrites knew just as well as you.

The next Hearing will be Friday as that is when the current Detention Order expires. Although Zarif will likely take FM Hunt's offer before then. It would be bad for Iran to fail to settle, as the next step may be a Forfeiture Action against the $170 million ship & cargo.

#iran are not hypocrite, that oil is going to#syria to help peoples who doesnt have access to energy,#UK action is pure piracy, your court cant do justice as far as they operate on command from#washington1 reply 0 retweets 3 likes -

Whether or not there should be sanctions against Syria is a separate issue. And clearly, acting under Colour of EU Sanctions whilst providing Due Process in Court is not even remotely "piracy."

Your argument is just as idiotic now as the other fucking 50 times, moron. There is NO sanctions cover whatsoever and NO due process unless you call Might is Right that.

Gibraltar has belonged to UK "in perpetuity" for over 300 years, since 1713. Maybe next time Iran will take take chances and try to go through Moroccan waters instead. Good Luck !pic.twitter.com/9BvcNa2SZT

UK FM Jeremy Hunt has offered to return the tanker, if Iran guarantees it is not going to Syria. Iran is not going to get a better settlement offer. Iran FM Zarif should take it.pic.twitter.com/Ao0Rjp5g1r

Kenneth, i am confident a better offer--implicit or explicit--is coming. Britain is in a position of weakness here--acting illegally at behest of USA, exposing its own shipping to risks, damaging its international position with nothing to gain.

From a negotiations stand point FM Jeremy Hunt made a mistake, in that he doesn't have a better offer to give. Under no circumstances can he let the Grace 1 go to Syria. The next Hearing should be Friday, so we will likely see soon if this dispute is resolved.

you mean he cannot allow this without losing face. but of course he has no right/claim/legitimate basis to block Grace I from going to Syria. maybe he though this servility would help him against Boris Johnson. now he is in a dead-end situation from which he cannot escape.
